Terms of use.
These terms describe the responsibilities that support a respectful matrimonial service.
Effective: 31 October 20261. Eligibility and acceptance
Ristaa is intended only for adults aged 18 or older who can legally enter into an agreement. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Do not use Ristaa where doing so would violate applicable law.
2. Account responsibility
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you report unauthorised access.
3. Respectful conduct
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive or discriminate against others. Do not publish unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing or malicious material, or use the service for spam, solicitation or financial fraud.
4. Profiles and relationships
Ristaa does not guarantee the identity, accuracy, intentions, compatibility or conduct of a member and does not guarantee a marriage or relationship outcome. Verify information independently and use appropriate care before meeting or making commitments.
5. Communities
Community participation is voluntary. Follow group rules and respect privacy. Group membership does not authorise publication of another person’s religion, caste, conversations or profile information. Administrators may moderate memberships and content.
6. Content and moderation
You retain responsibility for content you submit and grant Ristaa the limited permission necessary to host, display and process it for service operation. Ristaa may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these terms, create risk or are required to be addressed by law.
7. Memberships
Paid features, prices, duration and renewal information are shown before purchase. Except where law requires otherwise, used service periods may be non-refundable. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider.
8. Availability and liability
The service may change, experience interruptions or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Ristaa is not responsible for indirect loss, member conduct or decisions made based on another member’s information.
9. Account actions
You may deactivate or request deletion through the provided controls. Ristaa may suspend access for safety, fraud, legal or policy reasons. Certain records may be retained as described in the privacy policy.
10. Contact and changes
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be identified through a revised effective date or appropriate notice. Questions can be sent to supportristaa@gmail.com.
